BSPC’s Beijing Operations, China, specializes in the high volume commercial manufacture of solid dosage forms including tablets and capsules (see  List of Main Equipments Used in Workshop Zone A-Formulation Site.pdf).
The facility also has coating capabilities. Extensive packaging capabilities include tablets and capsules in plastic blisters, double aluminum blisters or bottles. All of the procedures comply with US cGMP. Now BSPC is in the process of Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) to US FDA and German GMP compliance project.
All manufacturing is supported with an on-site analytical lab for analytical development and methods validation. With extensive analytical support of QC and QA, the facility offers efficient and qualified commercial manufacture of pharmaceutical dosage forms.
Our state of art manufacturing site occupies an area of 36,000 m2, functionally divided into office building, warehouses, power utility building, QC lab and production workshop. The floor area of the workshop is 5,800 m2. The clean workshop zone A for non-sterile oral solid dosage is 1,200 m2, and QC lab is 640 m2. The warehouses consist of packaging raw material warehouse (610 m2), pharmaceutical raw material warehouse (650 m2) and finished product warehouse (1,370 m2 ).
